The Cost of Getting it Right

The UK Government is currently faced with a dilemma - to decrease the deficit they obviously want to increase the tax take and decrease the tax gap, but they must be mindful of the fact that 68 per cent of UK tax is paid by 10 per cent of the population, and the top 0.6 per cent of the population pay 30 percent of the tax!
