As the only English solicitor speaking, Jonathan will, appropriately, be co-hosting the session at 14.00 on Thursday 29th August on “Planning the final exit: The potential pitfalls of leaving South Africa,” which will cover issues of leaving South Africa from an outside (UK) tax perspective.
