Over many years, we have worked with our clients to establish family charitable foundations. However, the costs and time involved in creating and registering these have increased significantly in the past few years.

Our foundation was created when New Quadrant was established in 2010 and has been utilised to support the firm’s giving culture. We are now pleased to be able to extend the use of the foundation to clients and friends of the firm who wish to utilise a donor-advised fund rather than have the annual administration costs of a private charity.

There are many donor-advised funds in the market. Our objective is not to build funds under management; it is to ensure that money passes to recipients and is used for charitable purposes as soon as possible.

In the creation of the donor fund, we meet with you to discuss the purpose of your gift and your ongoing grant-making policy. We aim to distribute any capital sums transferred to the fund to charities within a three year period.

As a small bespoke fund, we can accept different asset classes and can also provide additional advisory philanthropy support for you and your family.
