Jonathan Colclough was invited to speak at Tax Indaba 2019 — South Africa's largest annual event for the tax community — as the only English solicitor on the programme. Jonathan co-hosted a session addressing the potential pitfalls of leaving South Africa from a UK tax perspective.
"I was delighted to be asked to be involved in this very prestigious event," Jonathan said. "A substantial component of my practice involves helping South African clients relocate to the UK and establish tax-efficient arrangements, so this was a wonderful opportunity to connect with fellow professionals."
