How we work and what protects you
Investment services
New Quadrant Partners Limited is not authorised under the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000. However, because we are authorised and regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority, we are able in certain circumstances to offer a limited range of investment services to clients. We can provide these investment services where they are an incidental part of the professional services we have been engaged to provide.
Professional indemnity insurance
We maintain professional indemnity insurance in accordance with the Solicitors Regulation Authority's Minimum Terms and Conditions. Details of our professional indemnity insurance and insurer are available on request.
Supporting vulnerable clients
We are committed to providing our legal services in a way that is accessible and supportive to all clients. If you require any reasonable adjustments, information in an alternative format, additional time, or any other assistance, please let us know. We will work with you to understand your needs and provide appropriate support wherever reasonably practicable.
The basis on which we act
Our Terms of Business set out the basis on which we provide legal services to our clients. They form part of our engagement documentation and are provided when you instruct us.
We are committed to providing a high standard of legal advice and client service. If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our service or our fees, we encourage you to raise your concerns with the partner responsible for your matter or our Client Relations Partner in the first instance. We will do our best to resolve your concerns promptly and fairly. Making a complaint will not affect the way in which we continue to act for you.
Our full Complaints Handling Procedure is available here.
If we are unable to resolve your complaint, you may be entitled to refer it to the Legal Ombudsman. Complaints must usually be made within six months of our final written response and within one year of the act or omission complained of, or from the date on which you should reasonably have known there was cause for complaint. Further information, including eligibility and applicable time limits, is available on the Legal Ombudsman website at www.legalombudsman.org.uk or by telephone on 0300 555 0333.
If your complaint relates to a bill, you may also have the right to apply to the court for an assessment of the bill under Part III of the Solicitors Act 1974.
If you have concerns about our conduct or compliance with the SRA Standards and Regulations, you may also report these to the Solicitors Regulation Authority. Further information is available at www.sra.org.uk.

The Solicitors Regulation Authority requires us to publish pricing information for certain legal services.
If you are instructing us in relation to an uncontested probate matter involving the administration of an estate, further information about our fees, likely disbursements, assumptions, timescales and the work included within our estimate can be found in our Probate Pricing Information.
Further information
If you would like further information about our fees or would like an estimate for a particular matter, please contact us. We will be pleased to discuss your requirements.
