With a career spanning more than 30 years across complex global financial institutions, he brings the experience, judgement and discipline required to deliver ambitious change and transformation. A Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants since 2005, Giovanni combines technical accounting and operational expertise with strong commercial insight. As Chair of the Executive Committee, he oversees the firm's financial strategy and operational roadmap, bringing the rigour and structure that support New Quadrant's continued growth.
