Annamaria chairs the board of New Quadrant, bringing to the role a career spent at the intersection of private wealth, governance and regulatory oversight. A full TEP (Trust and Estate Practitioner), she advises family offices as an FCA-regulated strategic adviser, serves on several boards and investment committees, and is in her ninth year as Commissioner of the Jersey Financial Services Regulator. Her understanding of how institutions work, and where they fail, informs an approach to leadership that is rigorous, human and quietly formidable.

As Managing Director and a member of the Board, Giovanni leads New Quadrant, helping to shape the firm's strategic direction and uphold the best-in-class standards that clients expect. With a career spanning more than 30 years across complex global financial institutions, he brings the experience, judgement and discipline required to deliver ambitious change and transformation. A Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants since 2005, Giovanni combines technical accounting and operational expertise with strong commercial insight. As Chair of the Executive Committee, he oversees the firm's financial strategy and operational roadmap, bringing the rigour and structure that support New Quadrant's continued growth.

Robert has spent more than thirty years advising individuals, families and their businesses on estate planning, trust structures and tax strategy. He is particularly sought after for work involving Business Property Relief and Agricultural Property Relief, and for guiding business owners through the complexities of succession, where the legal, financial and familial rarely align as neatly as anyone hopes. His practice is built on patience, precision and an instinct for the question behind the question.

David is a senior figure in private wealth and investment management, with a career built at the highest levels of global finance. He led Citi Private Bank across the UK and Ireland at Citi, one of the world's leading global financial services groups, and is a recognised investment adviser to individuals, charities, pension funds, and trusts. He has served as a board member of the BBA / UK Finance and as a judge for both STEP and Spear's, and continues to act as a trustee across a range of trusts. A skilled developer of sales and strategy, David has built enduring relationships with key clients, professional intermediaries, and internal stakeholders throughout his career. He currently acts as a senior adviser to New Quadrant and brings that breadth of experience to his role developing new business for the firm.
